Installation
WearPad™ can easily be bolted or welded into place. The 5/8” diameter holes can be plug welded with 7018 low hydrogen welding rods and capped with Wear-Con VP 100™ Hard Surface Overlay for extended wear life.
Technical Specifications
WearPad™ is available in a range of hardness options from 42 to 64 HRc, and with a maximum service temperature up to 1000°F for standard options.

WearPad™ is available in an array of sizes and thicknesses to fit your wear needs. Designed to be interchangeable with Wear-Con’s WC90™ Weldable Ceramic Wear Tiles, WearPad™ is a great solution for small or large high-wear areas.
