Lightweight and easy to install, Wear-Con’s Industrial-Grade PGP190™ Black, PGP100™ White & PGP188™ Blue UHMW Polymer is a natural 100% virgin polymer that provides a lower coefficient of friction than glass along with flatness and thickness tolerance. Produced to provide higher wear and UV resistance, Wear-Con’s UHMW is perfect for applications involving wet, sticky, corrosive, and fine particles; and meets FDA standards for use in food contact applications.

Installation

Wear-Con’s PGP190™, PGP100™ & PGP188™ UHMW can easily be installed by securing with Wear-Con Premium Silicone and/or bolting.

Technical Specifications

Wear-Con’s UHMW provides 67 Shore D hardness; a 3,400 psi yield strength; tensile strength from 4,000 to 6,000 psi; a maximum service temperature of 180°F; and water absorption rated at ‘nil’.

Wear-Con Blue & Orange Urethane offers you superior abrasion resistance. Combining High Rebound™ properties, outstanding hydrolytic stability and a low coefficient of friction. Wear-Con Blue & Orange Urethane is an exceptional liner for both sliding and impingement abrasion. Ideal applications include wet, humid environments. Orange Urethane also provides the added feature of an increased “bounce” to your product when it comes in contact with a panel.

Installation
