Installation
Wear-Con Grizzly/Grouser Bars can be fitted with bolts or welded into place with a low hydrogen rod such as AWS spec 7018 on the base metal.

Wear-Con Grizzly/Grouser Bars can be reinforced with Rampart™ WC810™or WC880™.Rampart™ Carbide Technology is an extremely strong abrasion resistant composite consisting of complex carbides with a minimum hardness of 770 Hv, and carbides up to 1500 Hv suspended in a metallic matrix metallurgically bonded to a steel backing plate. Rampart™ has a eutectic composite that demonstrates very high abrasion and impact resistant properties that substantially reduce wear while providing considerable savings in down time and lost production. The Rampart™ Bar is stitch welded to “cap” the Grizzly/Grouser Bars.
