By choosing Wear-Con Field Services to install WC90™ Ceramic Wear Tiles, you’ll benefit from the phenomenal wear resistance for your most abrasive environments. WC90™ Tiles last at least 10 times longer than mild steel, significantly increasing production time by reducing costly downtimes. Our crews can install these tiles using a variety of methods—welding, bolting, or securing with our Premium Silicone, Cerami-Bond™ Tile Adhesive, or mortar. Depending on the application, these tiles can withstand temperatures as high as 1100°F. We offer a range of standard and custom sizes, shapes, and thicknesses to meet your specific wear protection needs. When you partner with Wear-Con, we’ve got you covered.
